This beautiful Bordeaux Encore wood burning stove was put in place yesterday with the help of a few friends. Really appreciate your help and efficiency in streamlining this order. Can’t thank you enough for the time spent on the phone, and appreciate how easy it was to place the order and have everything shipped. I love the output of the burner, and the black fire Glass really finished it off perfectly.

Awesome fireplace
Orion Multi is an awesome fireplace and makes an immediate statement! Arrived quickly with great support from the staff when the fireplace arrived, it had been damaged in shipping. Royal fire pits was quick to remedy this and sent out a new unit the very next day.
